A Doctor who does not turn immediately to pharmaceutical drugs for every symptom, but instead someone who actually gets to the root cause and treats it with nutrition, lifestyle changes, and targeted supplementation.

That's why we created our online evaluation form. It bridges distance and provides anyone an equal opportunity to consult with Dr. Blum and her team of medically trained professionals, all dedicated to holistic treatment without the use of pharmaceutical drugs. We work with many people already taking a prescribed medication, and usually begin by adding their holistic treatment plan to their current regimen. We will never change your prescription, but if this is a goal, will work with you and your Doctor to help you get off pharmaceuticals no longer necessary once you have successfully completed our program recommendations.

Your phone consultation is only $400 and includes the following: A 1 1/2 hour consultation with Dr. Susan Blum where she will assess your particular needs. (That's 1 1/2 hours with a Medical Doctor! Where else are you able to speak with an accomplished and caring Doctor for over an hour about your specific issues?)

A detailed program recommendation designed to get your health back on track. (Your program is delivered to your email inbox approximately 1 week after your consultation)

Recommended supplementation regimen designed specifically for your condition. (Nothing confusing just a clear program of treatment and diet utilizing the finest quality supplements available chosen for maximum efficacy) Just a note, supplements are not included in the price of the phone consultation.

Once you've completed and submitted the comprehensive evaluation form someone from our office will phone you back to schedule your telephone consultation.

Telephone consultations are treated just like office visits. Payment is expected when your appointment is made and cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. (We set aside a significant amount of time for your appointment and expect no less from you)

On the day of your scheduled consultation you will phone our office at your appointed time. Don't worry we'll send you a friendly reminder a few days before your appointment.
